Susan has been a freelance writer for over 15 years, as part of a small freelance desktop publishing and office administration business she first established in San Francisco. She moved to Seattle in 2000, and began freelance work for James in 2001. Susan has firsthand knowledge of the great service James provides, since he was also her agent when she bought her first condo! She loves Seattle and is extremely pleased to be part of the Stroupe Group team.
Jeanine Lundquist

With a degree in Interior Design, Jeanine joins the team with extensive knowledge of how to make a house into a home. With over 12 years of experience as a high-end residential designer, and having worked in several cities, she sought after a career that would keep her closer to home while at the time allowing her to utilize her skills in the design field.
Jeanine moved to staging vacant homes for sale in her neighborhood in 2003, which is when she was introduced to the fast-paced and exciting world of Real Estate, and she quickly fell into the world of Licensed Assistant. Knowing the emotional, physical, and spiritual involvement of buying or selling a home, Jeanine makes every transaction as easy and stress free as possible. She will work with all parties involved to get answers, resolve problems, and provide accurate information to homeowners.
In her spare time, Jeanine enjoys boating, skiing, and spending time with her family.
Ricardo Rowe-Parker

Ricardo is responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of all web sites owned by the Stroupe Group. Ricardo got his first computer at 14 years-old and started building web sites as a hobby in 1996 when HTML was becoming widespread. He is very passionate about technology in general, and in particular about web technologies and web sites. His hobbies include digital photography, playing soccer, flying a remote controlled helicopter, and reading code validation books.
